Q1Is there a free trial?
No free tier and no trial. You can explore a complete static report on the demo page before buying, and the monthly plan lets you try it for a single month.
Q2Do plans renew automatically?
No. Crypto payments are one-off, so nothing is charged without you. We email you a few days before your plan ends with a one-click renewal link.
Q3Can I switch from Basic to Professional?
Yes, at any time from the billing page. Professional takes effect the moment the payment confirms. If you want unused Basic time credited, write to support and we will sort it out.
Q4What happens when I hit the daily limit?
New lookups pause until the quota resets at 00:00 UTC. Saved reports, history and PDF exports stay available.
Q5How long does a checkout stay open?
Unpaid invoices expire after 24 hours. If the window closes, simply create a new one, no penalty.
Q6Do you issue invoices?
Every payment produces a downloadable receipt in your billing page. For company details on the invoice, contact us before paying.
